LydLynk — Terms of Service
This Agreement is entered into between LydLynk ("Company"), Company ID 031823529, and the Client identified at checkout. By purchasing an outreach package or otherwise using the LydLynk service, the Client agrees to the following terms.
1. The Services
The Company provides investor outreach and fundraising support services for startups and growth companies. The services may include:
• Identification and targeting of relevant investors, including Venture Capital funds, Family Offices, Angel Investors, and strategic investors
• Creation of personalized outreach campaigns
• AI-assisted drafting and personalization of investor messages
• Outreach execution through the Client's LinkedIn and email accounts
• Follow-up communications and campaign management
If the Client maintains an active LinkedIn Premium subscription, outreach may also include LinkedIn InMail messages.
2. Service Packages
The Client may select one of the following outreach packages, each priced at $1 per outreach:
• 300 outreach credits — $300
• 450 outreach credits — $450
• 600 outreach credits — $600
Each outreach credit represents one investor outreach interaction. Unused credits roll over to the following billing period.
3. Billing and Payment
Billing is processed at checkout for the selected package. The Client may purchase additional packages at any time. No refunds are provided for partially used packages.
4. Client Materials
Following registration, the Client shall provide materials necessary for campaign execution, including where applicable: company presentation / pitch deck, one-pager, introductory email template, and company description and fundraising information. The Company and Client shall coordinate and approve the outreach messaging and communication style prior to campaign launch.
5. Account Access
To perform the services, the Client may be required to connect and authorize access to LinkedIn and email account(s). All outreach activity will be executed on behalf of the Client and directly through the Client's connected accounts. The Client remains responsible for maintaining valid access and credentials to such accounts.
6. No Guarantee of Funding
The Company provides outreach, targeting, and communication services only. The Company does not guarantee investor responses, meetings, funding, or investment transactions. Results may vary depending on the Client's company, market conditions, materials, stage, and investor interest.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public business, financial, and operational information shared during the engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the active package.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Any outreach activity already initiated prior to termination may continue until the contracted credits for the active package are completed or expire.
10. Acceptance
By purchasing an outreach package or otherwise using the services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement. The Client's typed full legal name, accepted at checkout, constitutes a binding electronic signature.
